Diet with potatoes

It has been proven that the most beneficial diets are those that exclude fasting. This is also one of the most popular diets – the potato diet .

The potato diet is easy and tasty, and on top of that, it allows you to get all the benefits of potatoes , and they are not just one or two.

Her menu does not lack those foods necessary for the normal functioning of the body and rapid burning of calories. In addition, it can be used to lose up to 3 kg in a short period of time.

It is best applied over a period of two weeks.

Sample menu of a diet with potatoes

Monday

Breakfast: Herbal tea without sugar, 1 slice of bread, 1 tsp. low-fat yogurt;

Lunch: 300 g of lettuce and beet salad, 150 g of grilled shrimp, 1 tsp. skimmed yogurt, 1 apple;

Dinner: 200 g of baked potatoes without fat, 200 g of grilled beef, 1 mango.

Tuesday

Breakfast: 1 tsp. tea, 1 toasted slice of bread, half an apple;

Lunch: 200 g of grated carrot and sesame salad, 100 g of chicken fillet, 1 pear;

Dinner: 300 g potato salad of boiled potatoes, artichoke, lemon juice and feta cheese, 1 orange;

Wednesday

Breakfast: oatmeal with low-fat yogurt, 1 teaspoon green tea;

Lunch: 200 g of grilled fish (salmon/tuna), 1 apple;

Dinner: 300 g of baked potatoes in the oven with fresh spices.

Thursday

Breakfast: 4 kiwis, one apple;

Lunch: Omelet of 4 egg whites, 200 g of green salad with green onions, 1/2 grapefruit;

Dinner: 200 g of boiled potatoes, 100 g of cabbage and carrot salad.

Friday

Breakfast: low-fat yogurt, 1 tsp. green tea, a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice;

Lunch: 150 g of grilled salmon , 100 g of low-fat yogurt, 100 g of grilled asparagus, half an avocado;

Dinner: Baked potatoes with mushrooms, grilled turkey fillet .

Saturday

Breakfast: 1 bowl of yogurt with oatmeal, 2 breadcrumbs, 1 tsp. herbal tea;

Lunch: 200 g of vegetables (steamed, grilled or baked), 2 apples;

Dinner: Baked potatoes with grilled cod fillet, a glass of orange juice.

Sunday

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, a slice of whole grain bread, 1 teaspoon of green tea;

Lunch: 1 beef steak, steamed vegetables, 100 g of dried fruit;

Dinner: 150 g of salmon fillet, a bowl of low-fat yogurt, 1 apple.

And although during a potato diet you can’t eat your favorite french fries or potatoes with cheese, you can still include stuffed potatoes with diet products or lean potato dishes in your daily diet .
