Diet for men

The men’s diet differs from the woman’s in its caloric content – the use of 1700 calories per day is allowed. This is due to the addition of carbohydrates in the diet, which the male body converts very poorly into fat.

The diet for men will help you get rid of accumulated fat around the belly and lose weight overall in about 2 months. Unsweetened beverages such as water, tea, coffee are allowed. Apart from them, the consumption of a small amount of alcohol is allowed – up to 200 milliliters per day.

Vegetable salads are seasoned only with vinegar, lemon juice and spices. Butter and mayonnaise are prohibited. If desired, fruit can be added to the daily meal, except for bananas and grapes.

Healthy breakfast for men

You can use the following ideas to replace breakfast with something healthy and effective for your figure. A whole grain slice with a glass of milk or a glass of yogurt with 2 teaspoons of honey is a perfect start to the day. You can replace it with oatmeal and fruit, a piece of steamed meat with 2 tomatoes and a piece of bread.

Another breakfast idea is a sandwich of toast with vegetables, ham or chicken, a slice of cheese, an apple and a glass of sugar-free fruit juice. You can have breakfast with 1 egg, half a grapefruit and a piece of bread.

For breakfast, you can also prepare a healthy omelette, pasta with green vegetables or fish with mushrooms , a slice of whole grain bread and a glass of freshly squeezed fruit juice.

Healthy lunch for men

For lunch – 100 g of chicken meat without skin, boiled or grilled, 200 g of boiled potatoes and 100 g of cheese. Another option is liver (100 g, baked with mushrooms), 1-2 tomatoes. You can eat a chicken steak and 200 g of boiled potatoes.

Suitable for lunch is fish with peas and boiled potatoes, as well as spaghetti with minced meat and tomato sauce and a glass of yogurt.

Afternoon snack in men’s mode

The afternoon snack should not be missed – 2 slices of whole grain bread and an omelet of 2 eggs or a handful of dried fruits. A suitable afternoon snack is to eat a salad of vegetables or a bucket of yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey.

Dinner in the Men’s Diet

Dinner consists of roast meat or fish, accompanied by a fresh salad. Before going to bed, eat 1 cup of yogurt without sugar as desired. Among the dinner ideas for men are:
