Daily menu ideas for Vata dosha

Among the most important recommendations for Vata dosha nutrition are:

– Eat 3-4 times a day at the same time;

– Breakfast should be plentiful;

– Drink more pure water throughout the day, preferably in small amounts at a time, but often;

– Avoid cold water, coffee, strong tea, strong alcoholic drinks and beer.

Monday:
