Daily menu ideas for Vata dosha

Among the most important recommendations for Vata dosha nutrition are:

– Eat 3-4 times a day at the same time;

– Breakfast should be plentiful;

– Drink more pure water throughout the day, preferably in small amounts at a time, but often;

– Avoid cold water, coffee, strong tea, strong alcoholic drinks and beer.

Monday:

Breakfast – Quinoa porridge with dates;

Lunch – Beet and zucchini cream soup with pieces of avocado, a mixture of wild and brown rice with carrots and broccoli;

Afternoon snack – 10 peeled almonds;

Afternoon snack – Fennel tea and a sweet ball of dates and coconut shavings;

Dinner – Sweet potato gratin.

Before going to bed it is good to drink hot milk to improve sleep.

When you eat, give your full attention to the food.

Do not watch TV, listen to the radio, or read while eating.

Don’t eat out of boredom when you’re nervous, tired, or lost in thought.
