4 large cucumbers
2 glasses of yogurt
2 cloves of garlic
1 glass of cold water
A pinch of dill (optional)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of dried mint
How is it done?
Let’s peel the cucumbers and grate them into a bowl with the coarse side of the grater.
In a large bowl, whisk the yogurt, cold water and grated garlic with a wire mixer. Let
‘s add the cucumbers and finely chopped dill and mix. You can optionally add the dill.
Add salt and mint and mix again. If you wish, you can also prepare this recipe using fresh mint.
Let’s take the cacık we prepared into serving bowls. Drizzle olive oil on top and garnish with dill.
