Brownies from the Airfryer with white chocolate
Brownies from the Airfryer with white chocolate
Because I know you are a big fan of brownies and because people have been asking for a recipe for brownies from the Airfryer for a while, I made a recipe for brownies with white chocolate from the Philips Airfryer XXL.
To make the brownies from the Airfryer, I start by lining the baking accessory for the Philips Airfryer XXL. This is a handy precisely fitting baking pan, really ideal to have at home. But if you don’t have these, you can also bake the brownies with a small 20cm springform pan. This also fits in the basket of the Airfryer.
After making the batter I sprinkle white chocolate over the top. During baking, the pieces will sink down a bit. The top of the white chocolate will caramelize a little, but if you cut the brownies you will see the white chocolate again.
The temperature of the Airfryer is 160˚C and you bake the brownies in about 30 minutes. If you insert a wooden skewer, it will still stick a bit. That’s fine; as long as it is not soaking wet or very dry.

- 60 gr flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder

- Put the butter and chocolate together in a bowl and melt au bain marie until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Beat in the sugar. Add the granulated sugar and the brown sugar together and beat it together. The mixture will be a bit gritty.
- Beat in the eggs and yolk one by one and then the vanilla. Beat vigorously for about 1 minute.
- Stir in the flour, salt and baking powder.
- Divide the batter into the ready baking pan. Now sprinkle the pieces of white chocolate over it.
- Bake the brownies in the Philips Airfryer XXL at 160˚C for about 30 minutes. The white chocolate will caramelize on top.
- The brownies will still feel a bit wobbly when you take them out of the Airfryer. It will become firmer as it cools.
