Boiled potatoes are taken into a suitable container and crushed with a fork.
Add rice flour, flour salt and pepper on it.
It is crushed again with a fork and made into dough.
Divide the dough into three and roll it lengthwise into a two finger-width shape.
With the help of a knife, it is cut to a width of two fingers. Press it lightly with a fork.
Then it is thrown into the heated oil.
Fry until golden brown.
The fried potatoes are placed in a paper towel lined plate.
