In this article several tasty cocktails are offered with Kahlua. The recipes are all very different and the Kahlua is mixed with several other ingredients. It is also explained how the cocktail should be made and in which glass the cocktail should preferably be served. All cocktails are for one person.

Glass: cocktail glass

Ingredients:

·         30 ml Kahlua

·         30 ml vodka

·         15 ml Bailey’s Irish cream

·         1 banana

·         60 ml whipping cream (unwhipped)

Preparation method:

Mix everything together with some ice in the blender. Then pour into the cocktail glass. Garnish it nicely with some banana on the rim of the glass.

Ingredients:

·         30 ml Kahlua

·         15 ml Bailey’s Irish cream

Preparation method:

First pour the Kahlua into the glass and pour the Baileys on top using the back of a teaspoon. This ensures that the layers do not run into each other, but remain nicely on top of each other.

Glass: large tulip-shaped wine glass

Ingredients:

·         30 ml Kahlua

·         15 ml Frangelico

·         15 ml dark Creme de cacao

·         Two scoops of vanilla ice cream

Preparation method:

Put everything together in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour it into the glass. Finish with petals or a flower. Preferably yellow.

Glass: luxury cocktail glass

Ingredients:

·         15 ml Kahlua

·         15 ml rum

·         30 ml coconut cream

·         30 ml whipping cream (unwhipped)

·         1/2 banana

Preparation method:

Put everything in the blender. Add some ice to the blender. Now mix everything until smooth. Pour the mixture through a sieve into the glass. Finish it off nicely by putting some mint leaves with some banana on the edge.

Glass: cocktail glass

Ingredients:

·         30 ml Kahlua

·         30 ml Malibu

·         15ml Vandermint

·         cream

Preparation method:

Combine everything except the cream in a shaker. Add some ice to it. Shake everything well until everything is well mixed and the shaker feels cold. Now pour the whole into the glass and finish it off by pouring some cream on it through the back of a teaspoon. This way the cream will float on it nicely.
